How it Works:
Schedule a free 15 minute Zoom call to discuss your fitness goals
Select the package that fits you best
You'll receive an email with a link to activate an included account with TurnKeyCoach
Within 24-48 hours you'll receive a custom workout program uploaded into TKC
Record video of at least one set of each exercise in your workout with built in record feature in the app
Submit daily nutrition (if nutrition feedback is desired)
Receive a 2-5 minute video feedback from me within 24 hours
